1. What is the turnaround time for a sports team yearbook? Picaboo Yearbooks guarantees delivery within 15 business days of order submission — under 3 weeks from start to finish. This applies to standard orders; books with special cover treatments may take slightly longer. There are no forced deadlines, so your team or league sets the pace until final submission.

2. Is there a minimum order for sports team yearbooks? No. Picaboo Yearbooks has no minimum order requirement. Whether your roster has 12 players or 120, you can order exactly what you need with zero financial risk.

3. What happens if we need additional books after our initial order? No problem. Teams can reorder additional books after the initial print run if more players or families decide to purchase later. There is no minimum reorder quantity.

4. How much does it cost to print a sports team yearbook? Cost depends on book size (8.5×11 or 9×12), page count, cover type, and finish. Picaboo Yearbooks doesn't publish flat pricing because every book is different; instead, a sales professional builds a free, customized proposal based on your team's specific needs and quantity.

5. Do you offer discounts or free shipping for large orders? Yes. Orders of 50 or more books qualify for free shipping to one location within the continental US. Smaller orders can discuss shipping options directly with a sales representative.

6. What sports or team types is this good for? Any of them. Football, soccer, baseball, basketball, wrestling, volleyball, track, swim, travel and club teams, rec leagues, and school athletic programs all use Picaboo to create a season-specific book beyond what the main school yearbook can cover.

7. Can a team yearbook work as a fundraiser? Yes. Teams can set up the book for sale in an online storefront and set their own price to raise funds. All the profit built into the price goes to the team or program, not to Picaboo.

8. Can players or families order their own books online? Yes. Picaboo provides a free online storefront where players and families can purchase directly. Orders are processed through the team's custom sales page, making it easy to manage sales without collecting cash or checks, and there are no transaction fees on sales.

9. Can we sell ads, and how much revenue does the team keep? Yes. Teams can set their own ad sizes and pricing, and parents, boosters, or local businesses can purchase and design their own ads directly through the online store. The team keeps 90% of all ad revenue generated.

10. What software do we use to design the yearbook, and do we need experience? Teams use Creator Studio™, Picaboo's free online design platform with built-in templates and drag-and-drop tools, work with Picaboo's design team on a custom build, or upload a print-ready PDF from outside software. No prior yearbook experience is required.

11. Are there templates made for sports yearbooks? Yes. Creator Studio™ includes professionally designed templates, page layouts, backgrounds, fonts, and sport-specific artwork you can drag and drop onto any page, whether you need a football layout, a swim meet spread, or a wrestling section.

12. Can we customize every page of the team yearbook? Absolutely. Every page can be fully customized with your team's photos, colors, fonts, graphics, and layouts. Coaches, boosters, or team parents can use templates as a starting point or design every page from scratch.

13. Is there a deadline we have to meet during the season? No fixed deadlines are imposed during the year, aside from the delivery date your team sets for itself. This gives coaches and volunteers flexibility to work at their own pace right up until final submission for printing.

14. Can multiple coaches, boosters, or team parents work on the book at the same time? Yes. 15. Can we collect photos from players, parents, and coaches? Yes. Picaboo Yearbooks allows teams to collect photos digitally from anyone associated with the team, making it easy to gather game-day shots, practice photos, and sideline moments throughout the season.

16. Can each player personalize their own copy? Yes. Every team book includes four free personalized pages per player, plus the option to add Name Stamping, which foil stamps the player's name on the lower right corner of the cover.

17. What cover and size options are available for sports team yearbooks? Sports yearbooks come in 8.5×11 or 9×12 sizes, with hardcover and softcover ordering, and square back spines. Standard 100# paper is used on all books, with PUR, Smyth, or saddle-stitched binding, and a choice of matte or gloss finish.

20. Can we include QR codes or videos of game highlights? Yes. Teams can add QR codes to printed pages that link directly to videos of big plays, championship moments, or season highlight reels, creating an interactive keepsake beyond the printed page.

21. Can we offer a digital team yearbook in addition to print? Yes. Picaboo lets teams offer a digital version viewable on any tablet or smartphone alongside the printed book. Teams set their own price for the digital copy and keep a share of that revenue.

22. Does Picaboo Yearbooks provide customer support during production? Yes. Every team works with a dedicated account manager who provides guidance throughout the entire process, from setup and design questions to proofing and final submission.

23. What if we make a mistake after submitting our team book? Once a book has entered production, changes typically cannot be made. Your dedicated account manager will help you review your project before submission to minimize errors and ensure everything is ready for print.

24. Is this only for varsity or competitive teams? No. Rec leagues, youth sports, club teams, and intramural programs all use Picaboo the same way varsity and competitive teams do. Any group that wants a season-specific keepsake beyond a single yearbook page can build one.
