1. What is the turnaround time for a prom book? Picaboo Yearbooks guarantees delivery within 15 business days of order submission — under 3 weeks from start to finish. This applies to standard orders; books with special cover treatments may take slightly longer. There are no forced deadlines, so your prom committee sets the pace until final submission.

2. Is there a minimum order for prom books? No. Picaboo Yearbooks has no minimum order requirement. Whether your class needs 20 copies or 200, you can order exactly what you need with zero financial risk.

3. What happens if we need additional prom books after our initial order? No problem. Prom committees can reorder additional books after the initial print run if more students want a copy after the event.

4. How much does it cost to print a prom book? A 20-page book starts at $9.49 for a softcover with a standard cover, or $18.99 for a photo wraparound cover, available in 9×12 or 8.5×11. Pricing scales from there based on page count, cover type, and finish.

5. Do you offer discounts or free shipping for large orders? Yes. Orders of 50 or more books qualify for free shipping to one location within the continental US. Smaller orders can discuss shipping options directly with a sales representative.

6. Can a prom book work as a fundraiser? Yes. Prom books are a popular year-end keepsake that raises funds for the school. Once created, you set the price and place the book on an online storefront that Picaboo builds and manages for your class.

7. How does the fundraiser process work? Get the word out to students and invite them to visit the storefront to add their own personalized pages and purchase the book. The additional income is then sent directly to the prom committee or school, so students remember prom night while raising funds at the same time.

8. Can students order their own prom book online? Yes. Picaboo sets up and manages a custom online storefront just for your class where students purchase directly, with no transaction fees taken out of sales.

9. What software do we use to design the prom book, and do we need experience?
