Creator Studio keeps getting easier. This is where we share the newest features in Picaboo Yearbooks' easy and intuitive yearbook software, so your staff can spend less time clicking and more time telling your school's story. Check back as new updates roll out.
October 2026 release: AutoFlow photos, plus new text and multi-select tools
The star of this update is AutoFlow, which fills your page layouts with photos automatically. It also makes editing text and matching styles faster than ever. Watch the 5-minute demo below, or jump straight to any feature.
★ New & featured: AutoFlow photos into layouts
Our favorite time-saver in this release. Already have a page layout with empty photo spots? AutoFlow fills them for you in seconds. Go to the Layout tab, choose AutoFlow Photos, pick the folder you want to use and click AutoFlow.

Fill a layout’s empty photo spots automatically. Go to the Layout tab, choose AutoFlow Photos, pick the folder you want to use and click AutoFlow.
Text editing
Favorite fonts
Click the star next to any font to make it a favorite. Favorites jump to the top of the font list, so the fonts your staff uses most are always right there.
Recently used fonts
A new Recently Used section shows the fonts you’ve already used, so you can grab them again without scrolling through the full list.
Finer font size control
Use the plus (+) and minus (−) buttons to nudge font size up or down in small steps for more precise sizing.
Copy formatting
Click the paint roller to copy a text box’s formatting, then click another text box to apply the same style. It’s the fastest way to match text across a page.
Default text style
Check the new box to save a text style as the default. Every new text box will use that style automatically, for everyone working on the book.
Reset the text editor’s position
Moved the text editor out of the way? Click the reset icon to snap it back to its original spot and keep your workspace tidy.
Multi-select
Select multiple text boxes
Click a text box, then hold Shift and click others to select them together.
Edit text boxes as a group
With several text boxes selected, change the font, alignment, color and other text settings all at once.
Resize together
Drag a handle to resize all selected text boxes at once. It works for images too, and images keep their proportions.
